Business listing submissions: when a business submits a listing, we collect the business name, address, phone number, email address, and website URL. This information is displayed publicly in the directory as submitted.

Analytics: we use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager to collect anonymised data about how visitors use our website — including pages visited, time on site, and links clicked. No personally identifiable information is stored in GA4.

WhatsApp messages: when you contact us via WhatsApp (+65 8025 8908), we receive your phone number and message content. This is used only to respond to your enquiry.
